I loved staying at the Sky Mountain lodge in Victor, Idaho. It was honestly the perfect little get away. I really liked that there were so many different things to take pictures of. I don’t think that I was bored once during the 3 days that I was there. It was beautiful to say the least. I think that the snow added a special touch except for when we almost got snowed in because that definitely wasn’t fun.

I really liked how the sky looked during the day with the snow so I tried to get some shots of cloud movement when I could. In order to get good shots of the things around the sky mountain lodge, I set my camera up on a tripod. I had my camera settings at like ISO 100, f/3.5, and a shutter speed of 1/640. I really like playing with shallow depth so I try to keep my f stop as low as possible. This was definitely one of my favorite assignments that I’ve done so far.
